Cesare promotes the Roma Capitale Rally through the streets of the city

The mascotte of the event is the protagonist these days among the streets and monuments of Rome along with many special guests to promote the event scheduled from 28 to 30 July

17.07.2023 – Anticipation is growing for the Rally di Roma Capitale, which from 28 to 30 July will bring the great show of the FIA European Rally Championship and the Campionato Italiano Assoluto Rally Sparco back to the Eternal City, Fiuggi and Frosinone region.

In these days, while the city is preparing for the great inaugural show scheduled on July 28, the event’s mascotte, the lion Cesare, is wandering around the city promoting the great happening together with many exceptional guests. The mission is to invite fans and tourists to visit the Rally di Roma Capitale

“We are carrying out an important communication campaign involving our mascotte and the entire city of Rome,” commented Max Rendina, creator of the event, organised since 2013 with Motorsport Italia. “From today we have activated a video series on social media that will involve Cesare himself, some personalities from the world of entertainment, and above all the setting of our city, an extraordinary stage for the 2023 event, thanks to the fundamental collaboration with the Ufficio Grandi Eventi and the Assessorato Grandi Eventi, Turismo, Sport e Moda di Roma Capitale”.

This is an important commitment that in recent days has seen Caesar visit Mugello for MotoGP as well as Rally Italia Sardegna, the FIA WRC round in Italy. The lion chatted also with Fabiola Cimminella and Carlo Alvino, the former Miss Italia 2010 Francesca Testasecca as well as the grandfather of Italy Lino Banfi who lent himself to an amusing sketch to launch the event, receiving enthusiastic comments on the web.

All videos are available on the official social pages of the Rally di Roma Capitale, while on rallydiromacapitale.it/visitors there is a specific page for those who want to follow the event.
