Rome, July 22nd 2024 – Rally Roma Capitale is pleased to announce an exciting new partnership with Radio Globo for the 2024 edition. This collaboration will see Radio Globo, one of the capital’s most popular and influential radio stations, join the prestigious event created by Max Rendina, further enriching the experience for the public.
Founded in 1990, Radio Globo is a leading radio station in Rome and Lazio, known for its high-quality entertainment, catchy music programmes and up-to-date news. Today, Radio Globo is part of the expanding business reality of Globo Records, which continues to grow and innovate in the music and entertainment sector, and has recently differentiated its field of action by also acquiring newspapers and reference realities in the world of information.
This partnership will allow the Rally di Roma Capitale to take a further step forward in terms of communication and dissemination, an aspect that has always been crucial for the Italian event, which is the only round of the FIA European Rally Championship and the fifth round of the Sparco Absolute Italian Rally Championship, also valid for the 8th Zone Rally Cup. Precisely in the light of this collaboration, the entertainment aspect of the 2024 event will be even more preponderant and will also include an entertaining final evening in Fiuggi, animated precisely by Radio Globo’s DJ set.
The broadcaster’s presence will, however, follow all the highlights of the event: the console will be present at the SS1 ‘Colosseo ACI Roma’, guaranteeing a spectacular and enthralling start. In addition, Radio Globo will turn on its microphones at the Village of Fiuggi, set up in front of the Palacongressi, for all the days of the race, offering moments of entertainment and music for visitors. It will also be an integral part of the Fiuggi arrival ceremony, helping to create a festive and engaging atmosphere. The collaboration will culminate, as mentioned, with the animation of the post-race party, the new ‘Power Stage Party’, organised on the evening of Sunday 28 July, also at the Village.
